4.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and truthful information when registering your Account. 4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. ph94 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.4 Notification of Unauthorized Access. You must notify ph94 immediately if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorized use of your Account. ph94 support is available 24/7 via live chat within the Platform.
4.5 Account Ownership. ph94 Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any third party.
4.6 Account Closure. You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting ph94 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable withdrawal conditions.
5.1 ph94 is required by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine anti-money laundering laws to verify the identity of all Players before processing withdrawals. This process is known as Know Your Customer (KYC) verification.

5.6 All documents submitted for KYC are handled in accordance with ph94's Privacy Policy and the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).
ph94 accepts deposits via the following payment methods available to Philippine residents: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfer via major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card deposits are also accepted where supported.
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. ph94 does not impose a standard maximum deposit limit, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
⚠️ Credit Card Deposits Prohibited: In compliance with Philippine regulations, ph94 does not accept credit card deposits for gambling purposes. Attempts to fund your Account via credit card will be declined.
Deposits are generally credited to your ph94 Wallet instantly or within a few minutes, depending on the payment method used. ph94 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

11.3 ph94 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. ph94 makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Platform for any particular purpose.
11.4 Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall limit or exclude ph94's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

12.1 ph94 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where ph94 has reasonable grounds to believe that:
12.2 Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, ph94 will endeavor to complete its investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the Player.
12.3 Where an Account is permanently closed due to a breach of these Terms & Conditions, ph94 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in the Account. Where closure is not due to a breach, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to the Player's verified payment method.
13.1 ph94 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. ph94 provides a range of tools to help Players manage their gaming activity, including deposit limits, session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
13.2 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period of between one (1) week and five (5) years. 16.3 Formal Dispute. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
